The color is so cool. I had an issue with the brush on the green bottle, but this brush was great. Soft, supple, and there was no streaking due to it. I love how vibrant it glows in the dark.

You have to charge it up though if you want more than a faint glow, but it's a super cool sky blue when you do! If I use it on top of another color, it makes the color look dole and takes away the shine. Would recommend though if you like the blue glow. Otherwise I would choose another color that will give you a brighter glow.
