The Blue Tango goes on a bit watery but two coats provides sufficient coverage. Light it Up has a whole lot of glitter, which is fantastic, but it’s really hard to remove. After my first use of the color, I had to file it down between multiple acetone attempts. So this time I used Holo Taco’s peely base underneath it so I can just pop off my polish when I’m bored of it. Here it is over Blue Tango. It really lights us more than I’m able to capture in a photo.
