Wear alone or as a topper to add a pop of confetti to any manicure or pedicure.

If wearing alone, apply 1-2 coats over Bonder Basecoat until you have desired coverage. Top with your favorite ORLY® topcoat and let dry.

If using as a topper, apply 1 coat over your favorite nail color,  finish with your favorite ORLY® topcoat and let dry.

Love this polish topper!

This polish is so awesome! It looks great with dark polish or white polish. The little confetti spots look so cute on my nails. I will definitely buy a couple more bottles. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.
