Step 1

After prepping the nails and applying base coat, apply 2 coats of Purple Crush.

Step 2

Use a dotting tool to dot on White Tips in a half circle shape near the cuticle.

Step 3

Create the petals by painting points on the bottom part of each dot. Try to keep them all equally spaced, and go back in with Purple Crush to perfect the lines.

Step 4

Paint a half circle in White Tips to create a base to make the neon pop!

Step 5

Paint Glowstick for the center of the flower, and seal the look with top coat.
