How would your peers describe your personality?

Friendly, cheerful, and helpful.


When did you consider yourself a success? How did this make you feel?

Success is, to me, making a positive impact on others. I consider working at Orly and being a part of this awesome team a success. It's a very rewarding feeling.


What is the biggest challenge you have come across in your career and how did you handle this?

Being overwhelmed of my workload. I handled it by taking a deep breath, rolled up my sleeves and got to work. I don't believe in whining.


What do you do to keep yourself motivated and interested in your work?

I keep up to date with the latest cosmetic innovations. Look at a myriad of inspiration. Color is never boring.


What are you most proud of?

My greatest accomplishments are my kids.


What inspired you when you were younger?

I've always been an artist at heart. I remember mixing my mom's makeup together to create different colors and effects. Yes, I got in trouble.

What is a piece of advice you would give to young women?

Work smart, never ever give up. Be kind, true beauty shines from within.
