Just gorgeous dark purple
This purple is absolutely gorgeous. It's a true purple (ie. doesn't really lean very pink or very blue), but super dark and rich. Kind of like an aubergine/eggplant.
Application is a dream: so easy, and I only needed 2 coats for full coverage even on my long nails. Also very pretty under a topper because of the deep, rich colour--I used Just An Illusion over some accent nails and it was so pretty.
For reference, I'm a deep autumn type, so jewel tones work well for me and this looked fantastic.
Overall, really glad I purchased Starlit Shale. Highly recommend!
