That depends! If you choose the quarterly plan you'll get charged 4 times a year (once for every box that ships) until you cancel.  If you signup for an Annual plan you'll save even more. We start shipping seasonal boxes on the following dates every year:

SUMMER BOX : April 15
FALL BOX : July 15
