After 8 colorful years, ORLY Color Pass as we know it is changing.

We’re so grateful to everyone who has been part of the program and helped shape it from the beginning. The Winter 2026 Color Pass box will be the final box in the current subscription program, shipping on October 15, 2026. While this version of Color Pass is coming to an end, we’re working on what’s next–stay tuned!

Why is Color Pass ending?

We’re always looking for ways to make the ORLY experience better and more aligned with how our customers shop and discover color today. As we look ahead, we’ve decided to retire Color Pass and focus on new, exciting ways to let you discover new colors, collections, and products you love. While Color Pass is coming to an end, we’re excited about what’s next. Stay tuned for new exciting things in the future!

When will the final Color Pass box ship?

The Winter 2026 Color Pass box will be the final box in the current subscription program, began shipping on October 15h, 2026.

Can I start or renew a Color Pass subscription?

No, new and renewed Color Pass subscriptions are no longer available as we retire the program. However, for a limited time, you can purchase the final Color Pass box here individually at the quarterly subscription price. Quantities are limited.

What do I do if I'm a Quarterly Subscriber?

Nothing! Your Color Pass Subscription will function like normal through the end of the program. You will not be billed for a Spring 2027 Color Pass Box.

What do I do if I'm a Annual Subscriber?

If you're an Annual Subscriber who's Color Pass Subscription was already scheduled to end with the 2026 Winter box, then nothing! Your subscription will end like normal, you will not be asked to resubscribe.

If you're an Annual Subscriber who's Color Pass Subscription was scheduled to extend past the 2026 Winter box, you will be able to choose between:
1. A refund for the remaining unshipped portion of their subscription.
2. An ORLY store credit equal to the remaining product value of their subscription.

Who qualifies for a refund or store credit?

Customers whose active subscription extends beyond the Winter 2026 box may be eligible for a refund or prorated ORLY store credit for the remaining product value of their subscription. Eligible subscribers should have received an email with personalized options and next steps.

Does store credit expire?

No. Store credit does not expire, and it can be used toward your favorite ORLY products on orlybeauty.com.

What happens if I don’t choose an option?

If we don’t receive your selection within 30 days of initial communication, we’ll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method where possible.
