I've been using Orly Bonder basecoat for years and obviously really like it. This is my second bottle of Shining Armor topcoat and I'm definitely a fan. My only criticism is that I wish the bottle was clear so I could tell when it's time to purchase more. Also, the black paint flakes off a little.

Best base and top coat
I've tried a lot of different combinations of base and top coats to get a longer lasting manicure, and thus far, I haven't found anything that beats these. I usually get a week without any chips, which is huge for someone who works outside and with dogs. I give my nails a good beating, but they hold up.

TOP & BOTTOM
I really like these polishes. My nails feel very hard and strong. The top coat also makes my nail polish dry faster. I've recommended this top and basecoat to people. Wish everyone could read this and give it a try.
