ORLY x LA SPARKS GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The ORLY x LA Sparks Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the State of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of ORLY International, Inc. (“ORLY”); Los Angeles Sparks (“LA Sparks”), Sparks LA Sports, LLC, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, WNBA and its member teams (collectively, the “WNBA Entities”); and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on September 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter during the Giveaway Period:
1. Follow @orly and @la_sparks on Instagram.
2. Like the designated Giveaway post.
3. Tag a friend in the comments whom you would take to the game.
One (1) entry per person. Multiple comments may not constitute additional entries. Automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of ORLY and LA Sparks, which are final and binding.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
1. Two (2) tickets to the LA Sparks game on September 24, 2026
2. Two (2) Courtside Club wristbands
3. One (1) parking pass for the game
4. Two (2) $50 LA Sparks Team Store gift cards
5. Two (2) sets of Sparks x ORLY Press-Ons
6. Two (2) ORLY gift bags containing nail essentials, nail colors, and other ORLY products
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize will be determined by ORLY and LA Sparks. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except by ORLY and LA Sparks, who reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner and their guest are responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the prize, including transportation to and from the game and any applicable taxes.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by ORLY or its designated representative. The potential winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @orly Instagram account and may be required, in ORLY’S discretion, to complete and return a Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date or within the time frame specified by ORLY or an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Any and all federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
ORLY is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact a potential winner due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the entrant or failure to monitor their Instagram account.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ORLY, WNBA Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. By entering this Giveaway, entrant grants ORLY, WNBA Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, user names, entries, cities and states of residences, voices, avatars, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing their goods and services and all matters related to the Giveaway, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity.
ORLY and LA Sparks reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unfair manner. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims related to this Giveaway.

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used for purposes of administering the Giveaway and as otherwise described in ORLY’s Privacy Policy.
