A bit duskier in person than expected but a good medium tone cerulean blue. Kinda smurfy! Looks stunning as a base for aqua/green/blue shimmer!

I took this color along with Orly's base & no chip top coat to my manicurist for application to my nails! I'm so very please with the results!!! This is a beautiful color! It coordinates with any outfit for the perfect pop of color! I love the smooth, crystal clear finish!
