Step 1
Start by painting nails with Glass Half Full to create a solid base and let dry
Step 2
Using a dotter tool with Liquid Vinyl, evenly space dots along the edge of the nail. Let dry.
Step 3
Using a detail brush, outline the tip using Liquid Vinyl, connecting the dots. Let dry and finish with topcoat!
