I think the biggest challenge for me was dealing with bosses and coworkers that don't work as a team. Many times bosses are driven by Ego and team member feed off of that. I feel it's important to get team members opinions before you make a final decision.

What are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of my family of course!
What inspired you when you were younger?
My mother. She was and still is the strongest person I know.
What nail color makes you feel most confident?
What is a piece of advice you would give to young women?
Don't let anyone tell you can't do something. Always challenge and speak up, but in a articulate educated position.
