How would your peers describe your personality?
When did you consider yourself a success? How did this make you feel?

What is the biggest challenge you have come across in your career and how did you handle this?
Learning how to manage a team of people. I handled it by thinking more about other people than myself.
What do you do to keep yourself motivated and interested in your work?
Focusing on building the company and my team. Knowing that I am a part of something bigger than myself.

Being part of a company for so long and being able to see it grow and evolve!
What inspired you when you were younger?
NAILS! I have always loved doing nails even before knowing what I was doing.
What nail color makes you feel most confident?
Black with a little sparkle on top!
What is a piece of advice you would give to young women?
Focus on what makes you happy. The accomplishments and the money will follow if you continue to put your passion and happiness into what you do.
