How would your peers describe your personality?

Cheerful, upbeat, positive, supportive, and results-oriented.


When did you consider yourself a success? How did this make you feel?

When I graduated with a BS in Engineering and then landed my first job, immediately upon graduation, with Johnson & Johnson in the Surgical Needle Manufacturing Department as a Supervisor.


What is the biggest challenge you have come across in your career and how did you handle this?

Challenging executive management.


What do you do to keep yourself motivated and interested in your work?

Look to identify areas for improvement - continuous Process Improvement.  Additionally, engage myself with my team.


What are you most proud of?

Being an accomplished and successful working wife and mother of three.


What inspired you when you were younger?

Success as a competitive gymnast.


What nail color makes you feel most confident?

ORLY Star Spangled - sparkly red!


What is a piece of advice you would give to young women?

Work hard to achieve your dreams - stay positive.
Always do the right thing and have compassion for people.  If you are looking to obtain a leadership position, remember your people can "make you or break you."  Take the time to coach and help others succeed.
