There’s no such thing as a sub-par Orly product. This is a great topcoat. Shiny and does not chip, as advertised!

Won't Cip top coat
I love the extra protection this top coat adds to my mani. Its holds up well against all the activities I put my hands through on a daily basis. And, the shine is amazing. My nails always look so fresh and sparkly.

Best top coat ever
This top coat is amazing. It dries so quickly and protects for days. I reapply after 2-3 days and my polish stays chip- free for 7-10 days. Working in healthcare- hand washing and sanitizing dozens of times per day- that say a a lot!!
