Do I need a basecoat or topcoat?
Nope! pH Perfector is designed to be applied straight to bare nails to interact with your natural nail pH. It’s also formulated to dry with high-shine so you do not need a topcoat!

Is it a treatment?
Yes! Infused with antioxidants vitamin C & E, it strengthens and nourishes while providing a glowy finish that looks natural.

Who is pH Perfector for?
pH perfector is designed for the minimalist who prefers natural-looking makeup and low-maintenance manicures. pH Perfector is great for those looking to take a break from gel manicures and are looking for a product that supports healthy-looking nails.

What if my nails are damaged or thin?
This should not be used by those with very damaged or overly thinned nails, deep ridges, or severe discoloration. We recommend trying out Nail Retouch® for a blurred and smooth natural nail finish. 

How long does the tint stay on the nails?
The tint naturally fades within a few days. Want to speed it up? Use ORLY® Cutique® for effortless removal.

What if I want more color?
You can add a second coat for a more intense blush and longer glow.

I don’t see my color changing - what’s happening?
The blush intensity of pH Perfector varies based on your unique pH and nail chemistry. For some, the color shift is subtle; for others, it’s more pronounced. Allow up to 30 minutes for the full tint to develop and reveal your natural, customized glow.

How does this pH technology work?
When applied, the pH reactive dye reacts to the pH level of your natural nail surface oils. So unlike other nail lacquer, avoid cleansing your nails before application.

HOW TO USE + TIPS

APPLICATION:
1. Apply 1 even coat to bare nails.
2. Watch your unique shade intensity develop in under 30 minutes.
3. (Optional): Wear for up to 5 days of chip-free wear.
4. Remove with Genius Remover to reveal glowing tinted natural nails.

REMOVAL:
1. Saturate a cotton ball with Genius Remover.
2. Hold the cotton ball on top of the nail for 3 seconds and then with firm pressure, pull the cotton ball down towards the tip of the nail while rocking side to side until the polish is removed.
3. To remove pH tint left behind on the natural nail after product removal, gently buff the surface of the nail plate with your GELFX buffer or cover the nail with Cutique, wait 30 seconds and then remove with a lint-free wipe.
4. Rinse with water to deactivate Cutique.
