ORLY x LA SPARKS CUSTOMIZED SNEAKER GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The ORLY x LA Sparks Customized Sneaker Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the State of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and directors of ORLY International, Inc. (“ORLY”); Los Angeles Sparks (“LA Sparks”); Sparks LA Sports, LLC; WNBA Enterprises, LLC; WNBA and its member teams (collectively, the “WNBA Entities”); and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to participate.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on August 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter during the Giveaway Period, participants must scan the designated QR code displayed at the applicable LA Sparks game or through another promotional channel designated by ORLY and/or LA Sparks and complete the online Giveaway entry form.

Entrants will be required to provide their first name, last name, email address, and preferred U.S. shoe size and submit the completed entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

Automated, incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent entries are void. ORLY reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or otherwise attempts to interfere with the Giveaway.

Providing consent to receive promotional or marketing communications is not required to enter or win.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of ORLY, which are final and binding.

4. PRIZE

Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) customized sneaker as described in the Giveaway promotional materials.

The winner’s preferred U.S. shoe size will be confirmed prior to prize fulfillment. The prize is subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize substitution is permitted, except that ORLY reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Three (3) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by ORLY or its designated representative.

Each potential winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry and may be required, in ORLY’s discretion, to complete and return a Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Affidavit”) by the date or within the time period specified by ORLY.

A potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Any and all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

ORLY is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to contact a potential winner due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the entrant or failure to monitor the email account associated with the entry.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ORLY, the WNBA Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

By entering this Giveaway, entrant grants ORLY, the WNBA Entities, and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use entrant’s name, username, entry, city and state of residence, voice, avatar, picture and likeness, without compensation, notification, or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing their goods and services and all matters related to the Giveaway, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity.

ORLY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unfair manner.

7. INSTAGRAM / SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be collected and used to administer the Giveaway, including processing entries, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, confirming winner prize preferences, and fulfilling the prize.

Personal information collected may include the entrant’s first name, last name, email address, and preferred U.S. shoe size.

Information may also be processed by service providers that assist ORLY with operating the Giveaway, processing entries, communicating with entrants, selecting or contacting potential winners, or fulfilling the prize.

Providing an email address is necessary to enter because it is used to administer the Giveaway and contact potential winners.

Entrants may separately choose whether to receive promotional or marketing communications from ORLY. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win.
