How To Use

PREP

Push back cuticles and cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe and alcohol or acetone to remove surface oils.

A brush applying a thin, clear basecoat onto a clean natural fingernail.

BASECOAT

Apply one thin coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized Basecoat and allow to dry.

COLOR

Apply 2 even layers of ORLY Nail Lacquer and allow to dry. Pro Tip: Keep your brush parallel to the nail to deposit color rather than dragging it off the nail.

Finish with your favorite ORLY Topcoat

80s unhinged!

Great polish!! Each nail turns out different. You can put it on a bare nail or top of a colored coat like I did! I did a turquoise base & it really made it pop. Did plain on my hands. LOVE IT!!!!

EEEEEEK! It’s the 90’s in a bottle 💞

Wearing this polish is like having a 90’s confetti party on your hands. Each nail is different and it come out so pretty and unique. I layered it with a clear base and topcoat for a simpler but still fun look!
