Great for harry potter lovers
This crackle is awesome! My husband and I have used it over various colors and shine levels. Dries matte. Would definitely buy this again.
For Halloween I painted my nails Orange and put this Harry Potter Crackle over it. I loved it and also received several compliments on my nails! I didn't take a photo but will!
