1. Apply one coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized basecoat to prepped nails.
2. Apply two coats of Wink Wink allowing to dry slightly between coats.
3. Using the larger end of the ORLY Dotter Duo, create dots of Happy Camper in a polka dot pattern.
4. Finish with your favorite ORLY topcoat and let dry.
