Was not sure at first. I like color collections. I tried Written in the Stars on my fingers and Meet Cute on my toes. It seems a little sheer at first. I usually start with a clear basecoat the 2 coats of color. I let everything set for at least 5 minutes then add a final clear top coat. Turned out pretty good.
