Looking Glass adds a blue iridescent shimmer-flake effect that will transform any base polish.

Wear alone or as a topper to add a pop of pink confetti to any manicure or pedicure.

If wearing alone, apply 1-2 coats over Bonder Basecoat until you have desired coverage. Top with your favorite ORLY® topcoat and let dry.

If using as a topper, apply 1 coat over your favorite nail color, finish with your favorite ORLY® topcoat and let dry.

LOVE THIS TOPPER

such a pretty topper will go with so many of my polish colors.....pieces much smaller and not as thick as your previous "glass" topper, like it so much better
