Transport yourself Among the Stars with this glittery topper filled with blue stars and holographic moons. Use on it's own or over a deep blue or black nail polish to create a look that's out of this world.

Wear alone or as a topper to add a pop of pink confetti to any manicure or pedicure.

If wearing alone, apply 1-2 coats over Bonder Basecoat until you have desired coverage. Top with your favorite ORLY® topcoat and let dry.

If using as a topper, apply 1 coat over your favorite nail color, finish with your favorite ORLY® topcoat and let dry.

Gorgeous

This is so pretty and you get the right amount of sparkle on the first coat. Great placement of the larger sparkles without much of a fuss. The stars are the perfect size and not too flashy. I have topped ‘Earl Grey’ with this and have just worn it on its own for a bit of subtle glitz.

Pretty topper

I've worn this a couple of times over dark purple nails and turquoise and it's very pretty. Some glittery toppers are scratchy or tough to come off but this is long lasting.
