Apply one coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized basecoat to prepped nails.
Apply two coats of color allowing to dry slightly between coats.
Finish with your favorite ORLY topcoat and let dry.

Best White Ever

Love the golden shimmer in it that makes it glow so beautifully. It goes on and covers like a miracle and is just perfect for any occasion. Doesn't look chalky at all. The easiest white ever. A+++++ all the way.
