Didn't Expect this
I have on Orly rubber basecoat, 3 coats of Expecto Patronum, and essie gc top coat. I charged it with a flashlight for a minute or so. It glows way longer than I expected. Only thing is that it definitely needs 3 coats to work well. Its getting rather thick, so I'll be needing some thinner. Lastly, this might be a con or a pro for others, but the tips developed a French tip effect becoming a darker blue than the rest.
