Happiness in a bottle!

Gorgeous shade that shifts from purple to blue

I'm a huge fan of purple and blue so this shade was right up my alley. I love how the colors shift when I move my fingers around. The formula was great to work with and was beautifully saturated. Another great collab from Kelli
